What is a Mobile Billboard?
Mobile Billboards work because people are so curious about them. Here, though, are questions we often receive from people like you who are considering using them to market their business.
How big will the advertising space be on the Mobile Billboard, and who will design the graphics?
Laid flat, the dimensions of the main panel decal are 45 inches tall and 60 inches wide (assembled, the panel will wrap around three sides of the human transporter); the wheels can also be fitted with a graphic 15 inches in diameter. In addition to supplying you with the human transporters, we can also design and produce eye-catching, waterproof, and reusable artwork for the Mobile Billboard. If desired, we can also work with your existing logos or graphics.
What else can I do with the Mobile Billboard?
We can accessorize the Mobile Billboard in a number of ways to increase its visibility or promote your product and service, including with lights, flags or sound. Call us so we can discuss how to best customize it for your needs.
Is the human transporter easy to ride? Can I hire someone to ride it for me?
The human transporter is amazingly easy to ride and to operate. If you’d like to operate it yourself, we can offer you training on it prior to your event, and in a few minutes, you’ll be ready to go! Or, if you’d prefer, we can provide you with an operator, including from local modeling and talent agencies. You’ll have the opportunity before your event to brief the rider on your business.
Are there any liability issues?
All operators will sign a waiver prior to the delivery of the Mobile Billboard that clearly outlines guidelines for usage and waives liability for accidents involving the human transporter.
Is its use permitted at places like the Virginia Beach Convention Center and Norfolk Scope?
Use of the Mobile Billboard is allowed at all of Hampton Roads’ major convention and meeting spaces. We can also drop ship it to areas outside of southeast Virginia and would verify permission for you.
How long will the battery last?
Under normal usage, the human transporter’s rechargeable batteries last about eight hours. When we drop it off to you at your site, though, we will also supply you with back-up batteries.
What are the turnaround times for artwork and delivery?
As with most creative processes, the more time our artists have, the better you’ll look. Please allow at least ten business days for design and production. If you need a Mobile Billboard in a pinch, though, contact us with your schedule for rush jobs.
What if I have mechanical problems with the human transporter?
The Mobile Billboards are very reliable. However, if there is a problem, we provide quick, full, on-site technical support for you.
How many donuts can it do to celebrate my meeting my yearly sales goals in just one day thanks to using the Human Billboard?
We imagine quite a few, but recommend you celebrating your success sitting down, perhaps at a nice restaurant.
